Facilities at Stockbridge Town Hall

A spacious room filled with light from a large window at the south end. The hall is on the first floor with lift access. It measures 7.04 by 11.88 metres while the stage is 7.04 by 3.34 metres. There is a small kitchen/store room opening off the southern end of the east wall with a sink and cupboards with ample crockery and cutlery. There is a multi-use toilet on the landing outside the hall. Water boiling facilities can be moved upstairs from the kitchen if required.

The hall is fitted with audio visual facilities including bluetooth audio, microphones (lapel and roaming), fixed ceiling projector, stereo speakers and drop down 4m x 3m screen. This makes the room suitable for film shows, meetings, training courses and other events which require multimedia support. 

The Barham Room is slightly larger than the Porter Room. There is a hatch from the kitchen directly onto the Barham room which makes it suitable for events that involve catering. It has 55" monitor screen and sound bar on one wall which is suitable for presentation from a laptop or other personal device. We have a TV licence enabling live programmes to be displayed on the screen from a laptop PC.

The dividing doors between the Porter and the Barham room can be folded back to make one large room.

Please note when two different customers have booked the Porter Room and Barham Room the folding door must be kept open unless both hirers agree to keep it closed. 

The Porter Room has arched plate glass windows providing an eye-catching retail outlet on Stockbridge High Street.
